LARGE PROJECT QS – FILLED
There is currently an EXCELLENT opportunity to join a high achieving Commercial Team to deliver a Major Residentially Led Mixed Use Scheme in London
The project has a build value well in excess of £500 Million, delivering multiple phases of works which will when complete have created a high end residential area within a desirable part of London
The Commercial Team consists of Resident Director, an overseeing Managing Surveyor, a Senior for each phase and then Project QS’ with each Senior, possibly working across multiple phases
The project currently has at least 7 years worth of further work
This is an excellent opportunity for a person to join a desirable business, on a desirable project in a stable and experienced team

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications
Experience of working for either a High Rise Developer or Tier 1 Contractor
Degree educated – Quantity Surveying related
Experience of either leading a smaller scheme, or having worked in a similar role on a larger project
