SNR PROJECT MANAGER – TIER 1 BUILDER

Do you enjoy leading building projects?

And managing the teams within them?

We have just been asked by a client to source a Senior Project Manager for their just approved, £22 Million, New Build Student Accommodation Project in Guildford, Surrey

As the Senior Project Manager you will lead the Project Management Team, be responsible for the Tier 1 Contractors D&B Contract, and will work as part of the projects senior leadership team alongside the Commercial Project Leader

The Project is to start on site in November 2019 – with procurement of packages now beginning, and with an aimed programme to complete within 18 months

Moving past the project, the Tier 1 Contractor has a lot of project work locally, being on a number of desirable frameworks, and also having long standing relationships with numerous public and private clients

For you to be a good fit for this, you will need to be able to lead the project as the focal point alongside the Commercial Lead, with respect to the contract and with view to company objectives

Salary: Circa £90k + Package (Including Travel and Car Allowance) + Bonus, all dependant on experience
