Site Management Opportunity!
Tier 1 Builder!
Through the continued success of this particular Tier 1 Contractor, the company have an opportunity to join them at the level of Site Manager for their £15 Million New Build School in East London, South West Essex
The Projects site is currently being cleared to enable the construction of a large mixed use teaching block – which will deliver teaching facilities including classrooms, sports facilities, drama blocks, halls, receptions – nearly anything you can think of that went into your school in your youth… but in one big mixed use facility! A very cleverly and well design mixed use facility
There will also be external use areas which will include an MUGA (Multi-Use Games Area) as well as sports pitches and design in keeping with the local area
With the Senior Site Manager delivering the enabling works which are soon to turn into the fit out phase, the SSM is seeking a Site Manager that can join him to help to deliver the fit out of the large mixed use teaching, sports and reception block
The project is being delivered on a 2 stage JCT D&B contract with an aimed completion date of late 2020
To be the successful applicant for this role, you will need to be able to have demonstrated your previous experience of delivering in a similar role, ideally on a project of a similar type or size, or at least for another Tier 1 Contractor where you had responsibility that would give you enough confidence to move into the position of Site Manager within the team, managing the internal fit of some of the project

The Tier 1 Contractor works on a range of interesting New Build and Refurbishment Projects in all sectors! Commercial New Builds, Mixed Use as here, New Build Education, Arts and Leisure, the company truly does have a n extremely wide range of interesting projects on which to work on!
With a really wide, and established client base too! A mix of both public and private which you feel is a sensible combination to have

Location: East London, South West Essex
Salary: PAYE £45,000.00 – £55,000.00 per year + Package (Including Car or Car Allowance, Paid Travel, Private Healthcare and Medical, Excellent Pension + Life Assurance) – as well as BONUS and further company scheme’s and incentives

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications
Previous experience at Site Management level for a Tier 1 Contractor ideally delivering on a project of similar size, or type
Fit-Out experience would be a HUGE bonus
