One of the UAE’s most successful Luxury Developers are currently seeking Project Directors for New Developments in Dubai

The Luxury Developer has an extremely strong track record of delivering in the region, and is seeking to continue to do so by adding Project Directors to the team that are able to run New Builds in excess of £150 Million +.

The Project Director will be responsible for the whole project life cycle and build teams including but not limited to – Planning, Design, Engineering, Construction, M and E, Commercial – through an entire Development Project Life Cycle

The Developer acts as both an investor and Developer/Contractor so experience of working in both capacities would be highly desirable, with working knowledge of delivery from stage 0 – 5 of design being essential.

The Luxury Developer currently have over 50 live projects in the area and have staff working on them from across the globe. They try to go above and beyond to enable new recruits to settle, helping with housing, schooling, healthcare, anything that you would need to settle in Dubai they would be there to help and assist with to enable that process.

If you can fulfil the duties and are interested in the possibility of working in Dubai the business is also prepared to pay very good salary for the successful person, up to £240,000 tax free per year for someone with the correct level of experience.
