SENIOR PLANNER – FILLED
There is currently an excellent opportunity to join a Major Tier 1 contractor in the position of Lead Planner, working out of the companies Office in the Western Home Counties
You will be joining an experienced and stable senior management team, as well as a stable and well respected company too
With the company having to turn down work currently, the business are now looking to bring in a Lead Planner for the Office to work across all of the Office’s project types
The Contractor will work typically on 2 stage Design and Build Contractors, working with their clients through the earlier stages of designs and then taking that project through to completion
The successful Lead Planner will lead with the other senior management team on the early involvement of project work, and then move into an overseeing role for projects as they move onto site for delivery
The company is looking to grow their planning team and so this person will be looked too to lead the planning team as this happens, with training and support given by the business and the management team to enable this to happen smoothly
The company works across wide variety of project types including Retail, Commercial, Healthcare, Education, Mixed Use, Industrial and More too! Typically with projects in the £15 – £50 Million but with some in excess of £100 Million

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications
Experience as a Building Planner
History of working for a Top 20 Main Contractor (or similar)
