Are you a Building Planner?

New role here, London Patch.

All Private Building Project Planning Work – Building Values usually between £10 – £50M across all sectors. EG – Private Commercial, Private Education, Private Residential, Private Mixed Use Leisure Led etc etc

Tender to Site Planning – 60 / 40 Split.

This role offers progression to more responsibility, level and thus money.

Salary to £75,000 + Package.

Minimum experience required – to have delivered building project programmes’ as the site lead, within the size range outline above.

Permanent Position.
