DOCUMENT CONTROLLER – FILLED
Hey Document Controller, want your next position to propel your career forward?
We’ve just started to look for an up and coming document controller to join our client, a growing Private Residential Developer, Head Office being in West London.
Although this is a new client for us, we know your future line manager reasonably well, with our Owner having spoken quite consistently and closely with your future boss for a few years now.
Our client is looking for a candidate with 3 – 5 years of experience on building projects, with you having worked on them through their delivery stages – with the software ASite.
Our client has a several further projects post this, with this being the first to go to site, in Watford which you will need to commute too where required – with travel paid.
With our client in it’s relative infancy, sub 3 years of incorporation, you will be coming in near the beginning of it’s development and with that will come opportunity – you will be the first of any document controllers to join the business and so will get the opportunity to make you mark before more numbers come in – hopefully positioning yourself for progression when that happens.
If you live West London way, are ambitious and have worked on Building Projects through their delivery stages before this would be ideal for you. As the Managing Director writing this, I find it very easy to get on with your future line manager and if you are able to build up a similar relationship, I think you could really enjoy your time here and get a lot out of the position. Your future hiring manager having a background of working for some of the biggest companies in the Construction Industry.
Salary to £30k + Travel Paid
