CONTRACT BUILD PLANNER

Length: 12 Month Rolling Contract.

Of Note: Outside of IR35.

Day Rate: To £500 P/D.

The Project: A £500M Build Value Prime New Build in Central London, just entering it’s fit out period.

The Role: Working within the clients Development Team to aid with consistency from proposed programme’s to delivery.

To be suitable: You will need to have delivered on site through the fit out stages of large scheme’s, ideally on higher end Residential Projects.

This is an urgent requirement, with this being posted on this website on Sunday 31st October.
