Role: Senior Project Manager

Salary: £80k – £110k + Full Package

Location: East London

Employer: Tier 1 Builder

Contract: 2 Stage Design and Build

Project: A £100M Confidential Commercial/Industrial Type New Build. The project will cover the floor space of 20+ Football Pitches. 

The Role: The Senior Project Manager. Working as the Tier 1 Builders Lead on the Project. Developing the Project through the first stage of the 2 stage design and build contract, working with the design teams to achieve design requirements such as BREEAM whilst obviously setting the scheme up to be successfully built. 

What our Tier 1 Builder is looking for from you: Experience of having led a Commercial New Build Project with a value of £40M+, ideally with you having done so through the first stage of a PCSA agreement.

Other Points of Note: This is quite a unique project in an area of East London that is on the up!
