We currently have an excellent opportunity for an MEP Planner to join one of London’s most exciting Tier 1 Main Contractors.

Type: Permanent
Project + Business: Initially a £110M Commercial Refurbishment in Central London. Great Location. Post this scheme, you will be joining the Planning Team of the Tier 1 Builder, you will be involved in competitive Design and Build Tenders, as well as the Construction phase of exciting projects in Central London. This division of this contractor delivers its projects in Central London, with the build values typically being between £60M – £100M. The business has its head office in a very commutable part of Central London but even with this, does offer flexible working ..
Experience Required: Experience of delivering as an MEP Planner for either a specialist Sub-Contractor or a rival Tier 1 Main Contractor. Commercial Project experience is desirable.
Salary: Dependant on years of experience. Expect an uplift to your current renumeration.
