Senior Commercial Manager – Developer
Do you have experience delivering major building project work for a tier 1 main contractor?
We currently have an excellent opportunity at a Senior Commercial Managers level for a Major Builder/Developer.
Role: Senior Commercial Manager
Salary: to £135k + Package
Location: London
Employer: Developer / Tier 1 Main Contractor – Tier 1 Main Building Contracting Team
Contract: Hybrid JCT Design and Build
Project: A Major Private Residential Scheme in West London, 2000 Homes. £1 Billion Main Contract Value. The project is currently in the latter stages of earlier design development. You will come into the d&b team alongside another Senior Commercial Manager, and you will take responsibility for half of the project value at a high level – adding d&b value to its current design stage, taking the project through procurement and subsequently through its construction phases. The project has at least 5 years of work.
The Role: Senior Commercial Manager working alongside another Senior Commercial Manager, reporting into the Project Commercial Director. Responsibility will be split depending on the skill sets within the team.
What our Leading Developer / Tier 1 Builder is looking for from you: Experience of delivering on major d&B projects for a tier 1 main contractor previously. Ideally at a Senior Commercial Management level although Commercial Managers with enough experience will be considered too. A stable permanent employment history is required.
