The London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine, on behalf of the University of London, the Royal Veterinary College, Birkbeck, Soas and UK Research and Innovation, have put Design Consultants on alert for an £88 Million, 7 Year Framework
The framework will cover 5 lots;
— lot 1: architect,
— lot 2: structural engineer,
— lot 3: M&E consultant,
— lot 4: project manger,
— lot 5: quantity survey.
with multiple suppliers set to be appointed to each.
Successful companies will get the opportunity to work on a range of refurbishment, and upgrading projects across the London Universities estates. The Design contracts are set to be worth around £17 Million, with the building contracts to follow worth a further £70 Million
Consultancies have until 8 April to register their interest, with invitations to tender set to be dispatched on 3 May.
