STRUCTURAL DESIGN MANAGER – FILLED

There is currently an excellent opportunity is to join a Major Developer in the position of Design Manager, Structural for a Major Development in London

The Project will deliver multiple high Rise RC Framed Blocks as well as multiple low rise town house buildings, all within it’s “own area” creating a new extremely desirable destination for living and playing in London

As well as the high end residential buildings there will also be a retail element and public realm detailing

The project will be well in excess of £400 Million, being delivered over the next next 5 years +

The team have just gone to site this month and with the build continuing to progress, the team are looking for a design manager that is capable of managing the structural elements of the project

The successful person will be part of the Developers Design Management Team, which is being led by a Senior Project Design Manager for the entire project, and Design Managers of different backgrounds reporting into him

It’s a high achieving team, with a challenging project but will deliver excellent opportunity for the successful person

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications

Previous experience of delivering Major Residential Design Project work for either a Main Contractor, Residential Developer, Developer, Sub-Contractor or Consultancy (Structural Design, Architectural etc)
