BUILDING PLANNER – FILLED

Have you worked in a Build Planner capacity before?

Delivering several projects, being programme responsible?

If that is the case then we currently have an exciting opportunity that will interest you.

We are currently working with a Tier 1 UK Contractor that are seeking a Planner level candidate for their London Region, to deliver projects from the planning approval to PC.

Projects are typically in the range of £5 – £40M but can often be well in excess of £100M.

The business has a broad and exciting client base and works across all forms of Building – EG Education, Health, Commercial, Residential etc

If you are interested in joining a UK Tier 1 Contractor in London that can give you a broad range of type and size of projects to continue to deliver, and then progress within them on the back of, then this is most certainly a role for you to look at.

Job Title: Planner / Senior Planner – Relatively independent role.

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications

Experience of delivering the Planning function for a number of projects with value of £10M+. Understanding of or open-ness to use ASTA
