MEP MANAGER – RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPER

Have you managed the design development process through to construction?

We currently have a very interesting opportunity with a growing Greater London focussed Private Residential Developer.

The business is targeting Permitted Development opportunities, converting Commercial Projects into High Quality Residential Homes, apartment block style – of 100 Units.

The business currently has one project on site, with 3 others currently in the pre-detailed design stages. With more to come!!!

Have you got experience of managing the design process for either a sub-contractor or main contractor on Residential New Build or Refurbishment Projects? Yes?

This is currently a smaller business which is looking to grow and so with that growth will come opportunity – your reporting director has a track record of delivering on scheme’s both in the UK and Internationally, for Large Tier 1 Main Contractors and Developers, so they will be able to be leant on for direction but you will be able to shape this role as you see fit.

Above your direct Director the business is being lead by an experienced CEO who has a track fo record of delivering for UK Developers whom have been at the forefront of the London and UK Market.

The Projects so far are North West, West and South/West London way so if this is a good area for you to travel around, this obviously makes the opportunity much more appealing and suitable!

Salary to £75k + Package
