We currently have an excellent opportunity to LEAD a Major Developers up and coming £150+ Million New Phase

• The Phase is the 32 STOREY TOWER, 500 UNIT Highest Profile Residential Build of the entire regeneration  

• From this point, there’s 8 YEARS+ of work on this development alone

• This Project being 2 years +

• This is to LEAD The New Phase, it’s a NEW Role

• This will look fantastic on a persons CV and will open doors, it can’t not 

• Salary up to £95k + Package (including DUALLED BONUS scheme)

We took this role from the Construction Director last Friday, who is a great guy. The rest of the team are also of a high calibre – we know the Commercial Team well too. This really is a fantastic opportunity

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications

Previous experience of delivering as a Senior Site Manager or Project Manager, a Residential High Rise Project in excess of 150 Units

Doing so for either a Main Contractor, Residential Developer or Developer,
