LEAD SITE MANAGER – FILLED

We currently have an EXCELLENT opportunity to join a leading developer in the position of Lead Site Manager

This is a new role through the previous lead being promoted this year into his new position of phase Project Manager

The successful person will be leading:

• 244 Units of 13 Storey RC Frame and External packages

• Two other site managers for the phase

• External package contractors – the successful person will be the lead for the phase and external works

• This is Phase 2 of 7 

• 20 years+ of work on this scheme alone

As has been shown by the Project Managers recent promotion, there is opportunity here for a person to secure the role and then look to do the same

The Project Manager and Director have been with the company for. number of years and so will offer a stable platform to join from

This won’t be available for long

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications

Previous experience of delivering as a Site, or Senior Site Manager for a Major Contractor or Developer – ideally on Residential Projects
