Have you led as the Senior Project Manager a 200+ Apartment, Beautifully Finished, Residential Fit Out Project before?
For a Tier 1 Building Contractor?
In a Medium Rise Block?
If so we have an excellent opportunity that you should consider.
The opportunity is to join a Privately Owned Tier 1 Building Contractor to deliver, the Design and Build from Steel Frame, 200+ High Specification Residential Apartments of what will be a stunning building – over 10+ Floors
You will be joining as the Senior Project Manager, overseeing Project, Design & Commercial Management Teams – reporting into the companies regional Construction Director
Building will start in January 2021. 2 Year Programme.
This needs a candidate that can make sure that the projects rooms are delivered to for the aimed for very desirable level, doing so with commercial awareness – and being able to do this for the entirety of this project.

Salary: ALL IN (£100K to £110K) P/Y + Bonus. Dependant on experience

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications
A Builder is needed for this. Demonstrable experience of delivering at this level, on a similar type of project. With a sense for finishing – can smell a finish
