We currently have some excellent opportunities to join an extremely desirable business at the level of Project Quantity Surveyor

The Major Residential Development will be led by it’s Managing QS, and then sub led per phase by a Senior QS

Each Phase will be around and upward of £100 Million

A Project QS will work under the Lead for the phase initially, with view for progression opportunities with further phases

The development has 8 years worth of work from this point and has some beautifully designed buildings within it

These range of detached multiple bedroom town houses – to low and high rise blocks – some being upward of 30 stories!

The site is currently undergoing so this is an opportunity to get into the project just as it is approaching it’s construction phase

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications

Experience of working for either a High Rise Developer or Tier 1 Contractor

Experience of either leading a smaller scheme, or having worked in a similar role on a larger project
