Senior Site Manager – Leading Tier 1 Builder
Role: Senior Site Manager
Salary: £75k – £80k + Package
Location: North London
Employer: Tier 1 Building Contractor
Contract: JCT Design and Build
Project: A £40M New Build Educational Project. Build Details include a new large multi use, steel framed, 3 level teaching block – with accompanying hard and soft surround. This will include a large car park, a play ground and a full size football pitch! The project has been designed and will be delivered using BIM.
The Role: The Senior Site Manager. Working as the Tier 1 Building Contractors site lead. Working closely with the client facing Project Manager, you will be responsible for all things delivery – working with your assistant manager, and the projects senior engineer. You will most certainly be responsible for the delivery and assurance of h&s on site, as well as the quality procedures that have been put in place.
What our Tier 1 Builder is looking for from you: Experience of delivering as a Senior Site Manager previously, for either a tier 1 or tier 2 building contractor. Ideally on a project of similar size.
Other Points of Note: Our client has excellent continuity of work in the North London area, and is also proactive in promotion internally, both of which are huge positives for a person joining them. The business also has an extremely stable Senior Leadership team for the region, again a huge positive for you should you join them.
