SNR SITE MANAGER – FILLED
There is through a recent project win, AN EXCELLENT opportunity currently to join a Major Tier 1 Contractor in the position of Senior Site Manager for a £20+ Million New Build and Refurbishment School in W.London
The Project will involve the refurbishment of an existing listed building as well as the addition of 3 new buildings on site, creating when finished one large mixed facility teaching block, and further separate sports hall for school and community use – with a variety of surrounding landscaping too!
Operationally, the project will have a Snr Project Manager and the successful Senior Site Manager – possibly with a more junior site manager if required too. There will be a resident Commercial team too – with design and planning assistance provided internally where required
The project is being delivered on a 2 stage JCT D&B contract with an aimed completion date of late 2020
The contractor has a stable client base with 95% of the work won being through framework agreements and repeat business. The business too has a good reputation for developing there staff and offering progression opportunities

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications
Previous experience at Senior Site Management level for a Top 20 (or similar) Main Contractor
Ideally having delivered projects of a similar size and perfectly, previous education project experience
