SITE MANAGER – FILLED

Through the continued planned success of a current New Build Educational Project in South West London – A Major Tier 1 Contractor is looking to add a SITE MANAGER to the team, to aid with the continued programme of their £20+ Million School Project in South West London
The NEW BUILD SCHOOL PROJECT has involved the demolition of the existing site to make way for the large public, and community use building, with surrounding play area and very well though through landscaping
The Team have now cleared the site, and have almost completed the construction of the 5 storey steel frame, for the large mixed use teaching block
With the frame almost put up, the Snr Project Manager and Senior Site Manager require another a site manager to join them for the fit out stages.
The Mixed Use Teaching block split over 5 levels will deliver classrooms, drama areas, sports and dance facilities, halls and libraries as well as staff space
The project is being delivered on a 2 stage JCT D&B contract with an aimed completion date of late 2020
To be the successful applicant for this role, you will need to be able have demonstrated your previous experience of delivering in a similar role, on a project of a similar type or size, or for another Tier 1 Contractor where you had responsibility that would give you enough confidence to move into the position of Site Manager, managing the internal fit of some of the project
Interviews will be taking place ASAP
The Tier 1 Contractor who you will be joining has a stable client base, with 95% of their work won being through framework agreements and repeat business.
The business too prides itself on developing and progressing their staff and offering progression opportunities through continued employment
They do as well come with a stable supply chain

Location: South West London
Salary: PAYE £45,000.00 – £55,000.00 per year + Package (Including Car or Car Allowance, Paid Travel, Private Healthcare and Medical, Excellent Pension + Life Assurance) – as well as BONUS and further company scheme’s and incentives

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications
Previous experience at Site Management level for a Tier 1 Contractor delivering on a project of similar size, or type
Education experience would be a HUGE bonus
