We currently have the PERMANENT opportunity to join one of our key clients on a £15M+ New Build School on the East Sussex Coast – D&B Contract
The Project will involve the demolition of the existing, 60 year+ old existing school, and the building of the 50,000 sq/ft New Education facility – as well as public realm work
As Project Manager you will lead the Design, Commercial and Planning of the project – having a Site Management team assisting in the Projects delivery
Current programme of around 2 years
Post the scheme, the Contractor has further exciting projects in the Southern Home Counties as well as London too
Excellent Senior Management Team too

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications
Experience of working for a Tier 1 Contractor in a similar role or possibly at a level below but feeling as thought he step into Operational Project Management could be made
