SENIOR SITE MANAGER – FILLED

We currently have the opportunity to join a Tier 1 Main Contractor in the position of Senior Site Manager for a recently won £15M+ New Build School on the East Sussex Coast – D&B Contract
The Project will involve the demolition of the existing, 60 year+ old existing school, and the building of the 50,000 sq/ft New Education facility – as well as public realm work
As the Senior Site Manager you run the site with / alongside the Projects Resident Project Manager
You will be responsible for the day to day activity on site – the management of H&S, Programme, Sub contractors, Scope etc etc
Current programme of around 2 years
Post the scheme, the Contractor has further exciting projects in the Southern Home Counties as well as London too, with this contractor being renowned for progressing their staff through the business, and staff staying long term

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications
Experience of working for a Tier 1 Contractor in a similar role or possibly at a level below but feeling as though the step up could be made
