SENIOR BUILDING PLANNERS x 2 – FILLED

We CURRENTLY have 2 EXCELLENT and INFREQUENTLY available Senior Building Planner opportunities on 2 respective Major Residential Developments

1 x Development – Central London, East – £500M +

1 x Development – Central London, West – £500M+

Each Development has 5 Years + of work – with the developments being built in phases. Each of these phases will run independently but some will be being delivered concurrently as production progresses

For each role, the successful candidate will be working through all stages of a Project Lifecycle.

From taking the project through planning and feasibility with the development and business teams, through to delivery with the project and site teams

For each of the openings, you will be the most senior planner for the Developments

Role: Senior Planner x 2 – 2 Roles @ Senior Planner level

Location: Both London, 1 X Central London East, 1 X Central London West

Salary: £100k + Strong Paid Bonus

Role Type: Full-time PAYE

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications

Experience of working at a similar level, delivering projects with value upward of £50 Million

RC Frame delivery experience essential
