Well we currently have that excellent opportunity
We currently have the opportunity to PERMANENT join a National Tier 1 Main Contractor in the position of Project Engineer, initially to deliver Engineering responsibility for a £22M+ New Build School located on the boarders of the South/East London to Kent Border
As a Project Engineer within the business / on project, you will be responsible for all Engineering work from design to site, and beyond
For the initial scheme which has already been won a Design and Build Contract – you will be responsible for setting up the site in accordance with the contract or best agreed approach, management and direction of the Engineering Contractor with regard to that contract, H&S and best practice – through to best delivery
You will work closely with the rest of the Tier 1 Contractors Project Management, Commercial and Design Persons, as well as the Contractors supply chain
Current total programme of around 3 years
Post the scheme, your Engineering expertise will be utilised by the business in both bid and delivery of further scheme’s – these projects being in the London and S/E Area – with effort being made to place employees as close to their home as possible
The Contractor does too actively try to promote from within and so opportunity will be given to progress as well if that’s desired
The Business has a demonstrated history of progressing form within

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications
Experience of working for a Tier 1 Contractor, or Sub–Contractor in a similar role
