We were approached recently by an excellent excellent candidate who made us aware that they wished to move on from their current employer and so…. they wished for us to help them find a new employer to continue to progress their career with
WHAT WE DID
We met the candidate!
We had a chat
We helped to work out whether moving on was the thing to do… what had Brough them to this point
If we can then feel we can continue to help we most certainly will
WHAT WE THEN DID
After establishing that the relationship between candidate and employer had seemingly reached a natural conclusion we then proceeded from there
Through gaining a professional and personal understanding of the candidate we then proceeded as we could our end – presenting what we felt were suitable opportunities with reasoning as to why, and then looking to forward from there
In this instance then securing suitable interviews for the candidate, with them then proceeded to accept what they felt was the most suitable role for them at this juncture
As per our service – we then continued to work with both our candidate and employer through to successful placement
Successfully placed the employee into their thought through desired new role, making both them and their new employer happy
